Reimbursement not received

One month ago I canceled the 99$ upgrade, it is now not visible on my upgrade but I did not receive the reimbursement. Could you advise?

Sorry for the trouble! I see that your Premium plan was cancelled, and I just issued a refund for €81. That’s the €99 cost for the plan minus €18 for the custom domain name you kept.
It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt now in your Billing History. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that!
