I was debited 66€ today when I haven’t had access to my account for almost a year.
I want to get a refund but I don’t know how to do it because the link to my site is no longer valid since the time (I also pay to even have a site the big joke) and so on my WordPress account, it says that I have not made any purchase, while I was charged 66€ by WordPress. So I can’t go into “my purchases” and put “refund”. Thank you for helping me quickly! -

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.

Yes, it’s not associated when it’s the same email, it’s strange.
But I think it’s because the site hasn’t been used for several months and it’s no longer available

It’s the same email. This is the one I’m talking to you with whom I made my purchase. Except that the WordPress account does not recognize that I made a purchase because the blog no longer exists. Except that on my bank statement I see 66€ That I paid (without my knowledge) for wordpress for the site elixir-blog.com

The site still exists at https://elixir-blog.com/ but you need to log out of this new account and log back in with the correct username/account to reach it.

themagicrobot is correct, you can cancel and refund this at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases but you need to be logged in as the WordPress.com account which owns the upgrade (the one themagicrobot listed), not the one you’re logged into now.
