Reimporting content from bluehost into wordpress

  I did a install on top of my outdated wordpress through simplescripts in bluehost. Turns out this was a fresh install. I backed up my site. Now I am trying to get the content that I had on my site back into the fresh install of wordpress. How do I go about doing this?
