reinstall wordpress

  I tried to create a blog and when I “finish” the procedure this is what happens:

  You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your old database tables first.

  …But I don’t know how to do that. Help?

  I’m afraid you’re in the wrong place. For help with self hosted blogs you need to ask in the forums at http://wordpress.org/support

  Katm, this is actually a weird problem on wordpress.com right now. I am trying to create a blog and once I fill out the first page information and submit, it goes to a message page that shows this message:

  You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your old database tables first.

  please help.
