  Hello I didn’t quite understand what was going on since this is my first time getting a domain name, but I accidently cancelled my subscription to the domain name. Is there any way to reverse this? If not, what is the time period where this domain name is going to be available for use again? Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from you!

  Hi there, I understand that you had cancelled the plan and domain; meaning that the refund is on its way to you (though may take up to 10 working days to register on your card/bank statement).

  If you wanted to restore the domain name you had cancelled, you can normally do this with our help – you’d need to either just pay the domain registration fee alone (if you don’t want a plan) or if you do want to re-add a plan, the “free domain in first year” offer still applies.

  We usually have 5 days from cancellation to restore a domain like this – let us know whether you want the domain only and we can send a form for the domain registration cost only. Alternatively if you wanted to re-buy a plan, you can go ahead and do so then drop us a message from here to ask to restore the domain:
