  I appreciate you getting in touch. I looks like the domain authentichearts.net expired as of October 30, 2023, and it’s currently in the redemption period, as explained in more detail here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-expiration/#redemption-period

  Recovering the domain is still possible, but there is a redemption fee of $80, in addition to the regular $13 domain renewal cost, that would need to be paid. I want to emphasize that the domain is not currently associated with the WordPress.com account you are currently logged into. To proceed, we would need the domain owner’s agreement.

  If you are in contact with the domain owner, kindly ask them to log in and comment on this thread to provide authorization for the payment. Once we have their approval, we can send them a manual payment request and make an attempt to recover the domain.
