  Can you reinstate my deleted site? User @supernovia said that this could be done? ‘@kumquatca we’ll need to un-delete the site first. Can you confirm you’d like us to do restore kumquat135350680.wordpress.com?’

  A deleted site can only be restored within 30 days after deletion. After 30 days everything is purged from the system.

  Thanks for this feedback. My annual plan that I previously cancelled is still in effect and doesn’t renew until September 2020, so can I get my plan re-instated, since I paid for this and then I can re-create my site again.

  Hi –

  The site had not been purged from our system yet so I was able to restore it. You’ll find it back under the My Sites tab. Do you also want to reinstate the domain that you bought with that plan? It’s kumquat.ca.
