Reinstate subscription

  I’ve purchased an annual personal subscription about 9 months ago and now like to register for a custom domain but it keeps asking me to upgrade and pay the annual subscription fee again. I think I canceled the auto-renew a couple months ago. Please advise.

  Hi there!

  It looks like you’ve canceled the whole subscription, instead of canceling the auto-renewal. I’ve restored your plan, so you should be able to connect your domain without issues now :)

  Remember that with the auto-renewal off, the subscription will expire in March 2023 unless you renew it manually.
