reinstate "welcome" window in dashboard

  Hi; I collapsed the relatively new “Welcome to WordPress” screen in my Dashboard (the one that embeds to the basic How-To video, etc.) with the expectation that I could just open it up again, but now it seems to be completely gone, and I want it back! Thanks for your help…
