    Hello, I have changed the credit card used to pay for my annual subscription and missed the deadline. I have responded to a notification email, but nobody answers. How do I get in touch with a person who can help me to reinstate my account? Thank you.

  • Hey there! Thanks for getting in touch. I actually don’t see the emailed responses, so I’m glad you reached out here.

    You were using a mapping upgrade that we stopped offering several years ago, so unfortunately there’s no way to add that back again once it’s gone, even from my side of things.

    But you can get a Personal plan. That will allow you to connect the domain, and it will also get rid of ads, let you accept payment online, and a number of other features. You can get that here:
