reissue the receipt with company's name

    I made a payment for the premium service recurring, and has received a receipt, which receipient is my personal information. However, this account is for my company use. For our company’s policy, the receipt should be issued with company’s name on it, so that company could process the payment. Could WordPress.com reissue the receipt with my company’s name instead of my personal ID? thanks for your help!

    Hi there,

    First, you will need to log in as the correct account that bought the upgrade. The username hedytseng does not own any upgrades, and don’t have access to the receipts for upgrades on the site, cmri.itrue.com.tw

    Then go to the billing history page:

    https://wordpress.com/me/billing/

    Find the receipt you need edited and click on the View Receipt link. Under the Billing Details area of the receipt, click on your name and email address. You will be able to edit those fields and replace it with the correct information.
