Old credit card stolen. Entered new credit card and attempted to pay for chargeback and renewal but keep getting a message that ‘domain is already registered.’ Wont accept payment of $119.

Did you change you credit card details?
https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-credit-card-details/You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

The transaction has been declined by the bank that issued your credit card. This can happen for a variety of reasons, although we’re not able to see why. Some of the reasons are:
* Credit Card hasn’t been activated yet
* Closed credit card account
* Account is over the limit
* Account is past due
* Automated fraud alertThe last reason above, an automated fraud prevention block, is the most common. Usually you just need to call your bank and let them know you want to make a purchase on WordPress.com, and they can get the block removed right away.
Can you please get in touch with the bank and then try your payment again?
Looking forward to your reply.I see the attempted renewal on your account – it has the code:
15005: Processor Decline (This transaction cannot be processed.)According to our payment processor, PayPal, that code means: “The transaction was declined by the issuing bank, not PayPal. The merchant should attempt another card.”
A couple of things you may want to try:
• Contacting the issuer of your card to see if they can offer any further information
• Using a different card
• Using a PayPal account
