Rejecting Domain Transfer

    Hi I tried cancelling a domain transfer from wix to WordPress.com for flowerkish.com. Wix representatives let me know they are not able to cancel the transfer on their end (I received a confirmation email saying that I could cancel within 7 days but Wix said that automated email is incorrect). Can this domain transfer be rejected by WordPress?

    Hi there,

    It should be possible to cancel the transfer at this point via the confirmation email Wix sent you or via Wix’s domain management interface. However, the transfer process is not something that we control, so only Wix can help you.

    If they cannot cancel the transfer, you can let it complete and then transfer it back to Wix to any other provider of your choice.
