    I did not use your services even last year since jetpack had real problems on my web site. I was charged $ 39 for this renewal on January 20.2019. Please, make a refund to my account (redacted).

    Hi Bojana,

    No problem, I’ve issued a refund for $39 and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.

    I’ve removed the card digits you shared here as it’s best not to share personal information on these public forums :)
