  How I am understand, that Related Posts are only available for English blogs. So, my blog is in russian language, when I can use the Related Posts in my blog, cause this extra very important for me, and visitors of my blog.

  Sorry for my English.

  I wasn’t aware that this feature was not available in all languages. I suggest you contact Staff http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
