  You will have to code them manually as we cannot use the linkwithin widget or any Javascript widgets on free hosted wordpress.com blogs. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/ However, you can chack out Zemanta and note the Firefox addon for it rocks as your choose your own sources and that can include your own blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/zemanta-for-recommended-links-photos-articles/
