Related posts not related at all

  I have a problem with the “related post” at the bottom of each of my posts. These are not related at all, but are just random posts.

  When I wrote for another WordPress blog before “related posts” were related by the tags. I’m using tags now as well, but they don’t seem to work like I would like them to do. What am I doing wrong?
