related posts not showing up

  for some reason the Sphere Related Posts have stopped showing up on my site.
  No mention of this error anywhere and wordpress support is on holiday.

  Anyone else get this problem?
  Any suggestions?

  As it’s cached data there can be delays. Have you checked the settings? >Appearance > Extras
  Make sure there is no checkmark here:
  ___ Hide related links on this blog, which means this blog won’t show up on other blogs or get traffic that way
  Click “Update Extras”

  My related posts are down as well and I did check extras.

  I’m sorry to say that Volunteers cannot do anything at all to “fix” this. Only Staff can http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

  Same problem here, and it isn’t just on my blog; no one’s related posts are showing up. The strange thing is that the bullet points are there, just no links next to them. I’ve tried both Chrome and IE 8, and have the same problem with both.
