  Hi there,

  hpssociety.info is not hosted on WordPress.com. You’d need to contact their hosting provider, which appears to be Cloudflare, if this is in regard to information about the owner.

  Please be aware though that very few companies, including WordPress.com, will share the email address of its clients, regardless of the circumstances. A way which I’d suggest to get in contact with the owner is to just a leave a comment on one of their blog posts.
