  Hi, I want to know if i can apply for wordads program on self-hosted wordpress site and do i have to buy jetpack plans to be eligible

  You can apply for WordAds even if you’re on the free Jetpack plan. If you purchase the Premium or Professional plan you immediate access to the ad program. You can read more here:
