Related Topics Widget not available anymore

  Hello all, I am a novice user but clearly remember that there was a widget available in the Post Editor that provided ‘Related Links’ from other sources based on the content of my post.

  This was literally working 2 weeks ago, then I went on vacation and when I returned and went to create my next blog, the widget was gone. I have searched through my settings but do not see it anywhere. All I see is Writing Helper, Discussion, Likes and Shares and Google+. I know that I can go to the drop down at the top of the Editor and check other items but Related Topics is not one of them. I have even added all and this feature is still not available. What am I missing? Was this removed? Why?

  Note, in settings I am configured the following way for Related Topics…

  1. Show related content after posts (radio button is selected)
  2. Show a “Related” header to more clearly separate the related section from posts is checked

  Note
  I tried checking the thumbnails option as well but this widget is not showing up in my Post Editor.

  Please advise.

  WordPress.com’s related posts system will automatically place text links to three related posts from your own blog below the Likes sections of your post.
