Release Domain Name

    Hello,
    I had signed up for a free trial with a custom domain name ‘craftventures.com’ but I wanted it to be more of a website so I cancelled it. However, I am not able to use the domain name anymore – is there a way you can release it?

    Hi there, canceled domains aren’t released immediately, and depending on the domain, it can take anywhere from a few days to more than a year before it will be available to buy again.

    In this specific case, we have a few options for you to regain control over the domain:

    Wait: You can wait about five days from registration for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you may be able to purchase it again with another provider.

    Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice and restore the domain. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.

    Repurchase a Plan: To host your site here instead, please buy a plan, skip the domain option, and update us here. You can make many different kinds of sites here, and we’d be happy to help you with that. :)
