release domain name

    I started a website here including purchasing a domain name. I quickly realized (the same day) that I did not like the website building platform and wanted out. I canceled the domain and requested a refund for what I had spent. Refund was processed, but domain name is now parked. And I am on a new website builder and want the domain name over there, but it keeps saying it’s taken. How do I release it so I can get it set up on my other site?
