release my cancelled domain

  Hi , I cancelled my domain to use with wordpress.org hosting. But not able to re-register this as its showing as parked with WordPress.com. How can I get my domain released for re-register?

  Hi there, what domain are you referring to? You should never cancel a domain if you intend on using it.

  If you would like Staff to try and recover the domain so you can point it to a site using the WordPress open source software, please be logged in with the account that originally purchased the domain and let us know the domain name.

  You can edit the DNS records to point it to the new hosting provider. See here:
