Release my domain

  I cancelled my subscription for the Personal Plan and got the refund, however, the domain is still locked (not released). Can you please release the domain firstteamx.com?

  When a domain is canceled, it goes through a 5-day process before it can be publicly available at another registrar. We don’t have control over this process.

  In this case, you can either wait the 5 days and then register the domain with your desired registrar, or pay the $18 domain registration charge with us and we can recover it before the end of the 5 day period.
