release the domain

Hello –
Are you inquiring about dariospage.com? Or a different domain? I see that you mapped darios.site to WordPress.com before as well. Please share a few more details so we can help. Generally speaking you can point a domain to a different host at any point by updating the name servers. Those changes are not instant, and will take up to 3 days to take effect.

I’m inquiring about dariospage.com
I’m aware of the theoretical process but I can’t figure out the moves by my self. Can you guys do it for me?Dario Pompucci

Hi there,
It looks like you cancelled dariospage.com yesterday, so you no longer own that domain.
Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future. You should only cancel a domain if you’re completely sure you no longer want it at all.
We have no way to manually release a cancelled domain, but in this case we can still restore it to your account. That will enable you to either point or completely transfer it to another provider.
Please confirm if we should restore the domain for you.

Thanks for the confirmation – the domain is back on your account.
If you’d like to use it with a site hosted elsewhere you can either point it there as explained here, or transfer it away as per these instructions.
I hope that helps :)

The domain is now registered with Siteground, so you’ll need to make your DNS changes through them.
