  The domain belongs to a different WordPress.com account here, not the one you’re logged in under.

  You can transfer it to GoDaddy following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/ but you will need to be logged in as the WordPress.com account which owns the domain.
