  This domain name is mine and is to be renewed. I received an email and cannot get access anywhere to this domain name. Does anybody know how this works?
  BTW + FYI : the domain name does NOT show up in the purchase section as is stated in the help articles. That would make life easy.

  That domain belongs to a different account here, not the one you’re currently logged in under.

  First, log out of WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/me and then log back in under the email address that the renewal notification was sent to.

  If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  Once you’re logged in under the correct account, you’ll be able to renew it from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
