Releasing a Domain- Account Recovery
-
I recently created a username and domain address with wordpress.com
In designing this domain I tried to make simple changes to the domain name and/or username. Although wordpress did not allow me to make any changes. The email address that I had created the account with I was unable to gain access to. So I was unable to verify the account entirely. I proceeded to canceling the account entirely, and tried to create a new account. At that point the username and domain address are now linked to a previous wordpress account that I no longer have access to because the account is now closed. Because I was unable to access my email to verify the account, I never was able to receive any of my receipts, two-step verification codes, urls to verify proof for recovering the account. I was unable to contact wordpress directly, is there any way to recover my previous account? Domain name and username?
Account Domain : http://www.BillsBlogTalk.com
Username: BillsBlogTalk
Thank you for your support!Because I had to delete my previous account, I had to create a new account just to post in the forum. I would like to continue the acct I’m contacting you from @splhconstruction. I would also like to recover my old account as well.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi! That does sound a little complicated – so I understand correctly, you were essentially locked out of your previous WordPress.com account because you were unable to access the email address you used to create that account?
Normally even if you weren’t able to access the email address to see your receipts, your transaction ID/code should appear in the statement of the payment method you used (e.g. card statement, or Paypal statement).
We do have a guide for locating the transaction info here:
https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#on-your-credit-card-statementWe would definitely need to proceed with verification per our ‘account recovery’ guide; so if you would be able to locate the transaction ID from your statement, and submit it using the account recovery form, that would let us help get things sorted out:
