releasing blog name for another user

  So I was using an id to test some things before setting up properly.
  Names below are fictitious just to illustrate.
  Now I have

  someTestUser has a blog domain theOneIwant.wordpress.com

  wantedUserName doesn’t own the blog domain theOneIwant.wordpress.com

  I would like to use “theOneIwant” with “wantedUserName”.

  Since I’m not allowed to change the user name from someTestUser to wantedUserName then if I delete “theOneIwant” blog will I eventually be able to re-use the name on the other user ? If not then is there a way to achieve it with changing user rights and things ?

  I think you can do it like this:

  Make a new username (“wantedusername”)
  Log-in with “sometestUser” ID, then add “wantedusername” as an administrator. Log out.
  Log-in as “wantedusername”, then remove “sometestUser” from his admin role.
