releting a random account and receiving a refund

    I need help from an employee at wordpress in deleting an account i can find no email address for, but have just been charged for a premium domain charge.

    The good news is that you can recover access to that account with the details of that charge. Do you know what site you were charged for? Share the URL here. Otherwise, go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and find the contact support option on the right hand side of page. That will put you in touch with our billing team directly.

    Note: do not share any details of the transaction here as it is unique only to your account and one of the items that will help you regain access. This forum is public and visible to everyone.
