reload images or page

  I have a page with several webcam images: http://tantamountvizslas.wordpress.com/puppy-webcam/

  The webcam images are hosted on a different domain and are continuously updated.

  Is there any way I can engineer this page to reload/refresh the images on an interval? Can I reload/refresh the whole page?

  I understand that I cannot add custom Javascript, meta tags, or iframes to my page. Is there another solution?

  I know someone that has a webcam page which reloads automaticly. His blog is at wordpress.org but I’ll ask him for you.
