Reload problem with my theme

Background:
I’ve developed a new theme which works locally perfectly. I am experiencing problem after I’ve uploaded the theme to my server.Version:
WordPress 3.3.1.Problem:
I have problems reloading admin page after I have made a change that requires data to be sent to the database. Data is saved but the page doesn’t reload, it leaves me with an empty page. The reload usually freezes in links like http://www.DOMAIN.com/wp-admin/post.php, http://www.DOMAIN.com/wp-admin/profile.php or http://www.DOMAIN.com/wp-login.php?action=logout&_wpnonce=0c8419c2a7. Exception is logging out which does not work. -
