  Your website url is hosted on DomainControl and uses wordpress software. Which means, You should head over to WordPress.org forums.
  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  wordpress.com is managed hosting.
  wordpress.org is self hosting with domain purchased from domain hosting provider.
  This is the difference below.
  https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  As I have tried adding banner on wordpress.org based site, You can try this plugin.
