    Hi there!

    Just to clarify, are you referring to the menu on this site: https://healthin20s.wordpress.com/ ?

    The theme you’re using doesn’t have any settings to move the position of the menu (most WordPress.com themes don’t have the option to move the menu location as it’s built into the design).

    It may be possible to move the menu with custom CSS code, but free WordPress.com sites don’t have access to custom CSS. It’s available with the WordPress.com Premium plan and higher.

    Typically that kind of custom development will require that you create a self-hosted WordPress site, which are sites that you create on a “traditional web host” like Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.

    That is the more developer-friendly version of that will allow you to upload plugins, 3rd party themes, access source code, customize CSS, etc.
