Relocating the “leave a comment” link

  Is it possible in the Digg theme, using CSS to relocate the “leave a comment” link from the bottom of a post, to the top? maybe after my name?

  That would have to be moved in the underlying theme files, not in the CSS. The stuff at the top of the post area (date and author) are in a separate div. The whole lower block of text can be moved, but only relative to where it is, and that relative distance changes with each post since each post is a different length.
