  i just want to clear up my blogs and create a real new Blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  is the site linked to your username. It has been deleted and you will not be able to use that url again.

  http://isan2012.wordpress.com/ appears to be empty. You can simply start using that url again, adding new posts and pages just as if you had not added anything else.

  If you have other blogs / sites with content, then you can empty them by following these instructions:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
