  I was intending to start a NEW site (starfuels.wordpress.com), but I was still logged on as ZARC.wordpress.com
  Could you release the starfuels from the ZARC site? So I could restart the Starfuels registration.

  The authors have deleted this site.

  Hi there,

  Note that you cannot release a site by deleting it. Once you delete a site, it is forever gone and purged after 30 days. Instead, you’ll need to transfer it to your other WordPress.com account if that is what you are trying to do:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  I was able to successfully restore your deleted blog. Let me know if you have any other questions.
