Remap domain name

  Need to remap domain name to another blog. I deleted the blog it’s currently mapped to.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am having the exact same issue!
  My web address is mapped to an old blog I never used, i now have a new wordpress site and want to map my domain name to it, but it keeps saying it mapped to my old one that is deleted.

  Current wordpress i’m trying to map to: cakuhldesign.wordpress.com

  It can take several hours for domain mapping to unmap and remap – you may have just been caught in that window.

  I need the following domain mapped to johnbrianyoung.wordpress.com:

  JohnBrianYoung.com (I realize I need to change its nameservers, but WP currently thinks I have it mapped to a blog that’s been deleted)

  I’ve removed the mapping record for you. You can now remap this domain wherever you’d like (assuming you do go ahead and update your nameservers).

  Hi –

  I need my domain, http://www.berkeleyclaa.org, remapped to my new blog:

  calclaa.wordpress.com. I don’t want to delete the other blog quite yet.

  Would you be able to help me with that?

  Hi there ucbclaa,

  We recommend that you start a new thread for each new request or for a new topic; if you think you’ll need staff assistance, you can tag it with “modlook” in the tag field to the right. That’s just for future reference :)

  In the meantime, as long as you have already registered your domain, you should be able to use these instructions:
