Remapping a domain

I registered a domain http://www.thehappygranny.com and mapped it to http://theglammygranny.wordpress.com I now want to map it to http://thehappygrannydiary.wordpress.com
Having searched the help I can’t find anything
In extremis can I transfer the blog to another registrar so that I hve got control on the domain redirection
Oe final point, in the title bar I would like to see http://www.thehappygranny.com not http://thehappygrannydiary.wordpress.com. This is possibl as I do it with some of my other redirects
