How do I remap a domain to another WordPress.com site?

  Hi
  I have a domain with WordPress – catbinfever.com – that is currently mapped (by WordPress) to richneville.wordpress.com. I’d like to point it instead at the newly-registered catbinfever.wordpress.com, but I can’t see a means of achieving this via the site. Could you switch it for me, or tell me how to do it myself?
