I need to stop the forward or remapping from my wordpress domain to another domain as it is causing a loop.
I made a mistake when I set up the original mapping

I renewed my domain & redirect through WP yesterday and it’s still not directing correctly. When I update the nameservers to NS1.WORDPRESS.COM, etc etc it’s still giving me an error. Am I missing something.

is there not just away to redirect or undue what I did. I am willing to pay again if that is what word press wants. It really sucks not being able to talk to some one directly. Again, all I want to do is stop the loop. I do not want http://www.safedrivingawareness.wordpress.com to map to http://www.safedriving.com.
I have arranged for safedriving.com to map to wordpress, but unless I change this wordpress will map it back to safedriving.com -
I think it would be of great benefit to perhaps offer support to those who have purchased upgrades (such as myself) and you. Let the freebies find their answer in forums but for those who pay for upgrades, they should have access to c.s. It would be a welcomed and appreciated notion.

What if I just pay word press to map http://www.safedrivingawareness.wordpress.com to map to http://www.safedrivingawareness.wordpress.com. would that work and how do I do it if so.
If I up grade is there some person to talk to or is it just more of this? -

They keep sending me same information. I need to find out how to undue what I did using the information. When you say contact you mean email. Whatever happened to the old fashion customer service of talking to a live person. Certainly there must be someone. Can someone personalize a response at least. Not the same boiler plate response.
