Remapping wordpress.com url to my domain name

  I currently have the a blog at wordpress.com and want to redirect that url to my GoDaddy hosted domain name blog at wordpress.org.

  fan4racing.wordpress.com to fan4racing.com which is managed via wordpress.org but hosted by GoDaddy

  How do I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
