Looking at the account I can see that http://fleuresauvage.wordpress.com/ was never upgraded. We did not collect any payments for that site.
I think you must have purchased that on a different site or account. Please go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to reach our billing team directly with the payment details. Don’t post any payment details here as this is a public forum.
