Remember Me for 30 Days? 2 Step Authentication

  I’ve set up 2 Step Authentication on my Word Press Account. When I login it now requires the 7 digit code which is send to my iPhone. However when I select the REMBER FOR 30 DAYS OPTION it’s not working and every time I login I have to use a new 7 digit code sent to my iPhone. I seems like I shouldn’t have to as it should be remembering me for 30 days?

  Hi,

  You have to disable 2 step authentication

  But I do not recommend it. This method keeps your blog/site highly secure and nobody can guess your password.

  Hi there,

  That remember option only works if you stay logged into your account in that browser. If you log out and then later log back in, it’s supposed to ask for the code again.
