Are you referring to the account that you are contacting us from? Because that account has no credit card information saved – the account alanadams44 has no upgrades.
Is there another account that you were able to update your credit card information under?
In order to change your credit card information, you can go to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard, and there will be an “Update Credit Card link” that you can click to update your information.

Thats the link on the email although I dont think thats the blog, my user name is (email visible only to moderators and staff), for http://www.blog.alansadams.com/ I can’t see any link to the store on the dashboard

Hi there,
I was able to find blog.alansadams.com the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. There is another username that it is under. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/e-mail that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
