  We are trying to access my families travel blog through a PC and a Tablet. but the system won’t accept the e-mail address for a secondary user

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Since your above site at https://hewzblog.wordpress.com/ is marked Private, have you invited the second email address as a Viewer? https://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/#invite-people-to-view-your-private-blog

  If you did, is that viewer encountering an error message when trying to access the site?
