Remote publishing

  I would appriciate if someone could help me to find remote publishing. I tried to find it under Settings/Writing, but I can not see it. What is the problem? Do I need to have a special account or what?

  What do you mean by remote publishing?
  Are you trying to publish from a mobile device, email, or desktop application?
