Remote Publishing

  I need to publish blogs from my word documents. I am not able to find the feature.
  “Select Settings -> Writing
  Scroll down the page and tick the box next to “XML-RPC” to enable the Remote Publishing feature”
  please help to find this setting.

  XML-RPC is active here at all times. http://en.support.wordpress.com/xml-rpc/
