Remote Publishing

  Hi, I’m logged in as admin, but when I go to enable remote publishing (sidebar, settings, writing – there is absolutely nothing there to do with remote settings, only “publish by email”, there is no XML-RPC box to check. Do I need to get the app rather than going via the browser? (Firefox 19 osx 10.6) HELP!
